John Kalb

John Kalb has been a dedicated full-time potter since the 1980s, known for his commitment to working with local materials. His workshop is located in Invercargill, where he meticulously blends three different Southland clays, which he personally digs and processes. Described as one of the hardest working craftsmen, John also shares his expertise by teaching ceramics at a local polytech branch.
