What They Make

  • Casheta: An award-winning feta-style cashew nut cheese, available in both nude (un-marinated) and herb-infused varieties. The marinated version is rich and herbaceous, infused with olive oil and herbs, while the nude offers versatility for custom dressings.
  • Cotta: A versatile cottage-style ricotta, described as a hybrid between traditional ricotta and yogurt, perfect for layering in dishes or serving with fruit compote.
  • Butta: A creamy, salty plant-based butter, unique for being probiotic-rich and containing protein.
  • Cashbert: A creamy, Camembert-style cashew cheese made using a traditional mold-ripened process, developing a delicate edible rind and a luxuriously creamy texture. This is a limited-edition artisan cheese, often exclusive to farmers' markets and select retailers.
  • Cashyo: A Greek-style plant-based yogurt combining creamy richness with a tangy taste, meticulously crafted through long fermentation for enhanced health benefits and live vegan yogurt cultures including Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.
