Beth's Baking

Beth, known as Nolene, was brought up on a dairy farm in the Manawatu. Her baking is characterized by a traditional approach, using simple ingredients to create goods 'like mum used to make'. She is a regular and popular stallholder at local markets such as the Feilding Farmers Market and the Foxton Bake Sale, bringing a personal touch to her wide range of homemade sweet and savory treats.
