NZ's third island (pop. ~400). Commercial fishing since 1865 - Blue Cod, crayfish, pāua. Salmon, mussels, oysters farmed in Paterson Inlet. Tītī (muttonbirding) tradition. Church Hill Restaurant sources hyperlocal. 85% Rakiura National Park.
