Bay Blueberries is a New Zealand artisan food producer and grower, run by Marian and Graham Hirst, based in Hawke's Bay. They are known for their blueberries and a range of blueberry-based artisan products. They grow fresh and frozen blueberries, and craft delectable ice cream, sorbet, traditional tartes, conserve, and fruit jellies. Their orchard gate market and presence at farmers' markets allow direct customer engagement, with products also sold at premium outlets nationwide and exported internationally.
