Cornish Pasties

Founded in 2020 by award-winning Cornish chef Adam Rickett, The 'Ansum Pasty Company brings authentic, handmade Cornish pasties to New Zealand. They use traditional methods and quality local ingredients, including raw skirt steak, potato, swede, and onion, hand-crimped into pastry. Beyond the classic, they offer a range of pasties and pies. Products are available online with nationwide delivery, at various farmers markets, and select retailers across New Zealand.
