Feast Merchants is a Marlborough-based artisan food producer and catering company run by husband-and-wife chefs, Frances and Rory King. They specialize in 'global soul food' and boutique barbecue, offering custom menus for events using a fully mobile kitchen and a vintage 1954 Ford Fordson ute for their unique 'Tailgate Barbecue' service. They are known for their 'low 'n' slow' cooking over charcoal and fruit wood, utilizing fresh, local, and free-range produce.
