Mamia's produces an onion-based Ethiopian wat sauce, a savory-sweet relish, available in mild, medium, or hot varieties. It's versatile as a cooking sauce, relish, or marinade, and is vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free, and contains no nuts, preservatives, or added sugar. Founded by Yeshi Taye, a former refugee, the business is named in memory of her late mother.
