Adam Marshall diversified his 810-hectare sheep and beef farm in Koriniti on the Whanganui River Road by integrating mānuka. His business, Marshall Honey, focuses on producing mānuka honey by allowing wild mānuka to regenerate and planting high-grade seedlings. This initiative has transformed the farm, now supporting six families, and reflects Adam's goal to ensure the land sustains future generations.
