Salash Delicatessen is a New Zealand artisan food producer specializing in dry-cured meats and small goods, rooted in a rich family history of butchery and charcuterie from Northern Serbia. Run by the Mirkov family, they produce a range of salami, chorizo, prosciutto, pancetta, and more, all made without artificial preservatives, nitrates, gluten, or dairy. Their products are crafted using authentic, natural methods passed down through four generations, insisting on the best cuts of naturally raised meat and organic raw ingredients. Salash products are available in various stores, markets, and their own retail shop, with a goal to expand nationally.
