Smoked Garlic

The Original Smoke & Spice Co. produces smoked garlic bulbs and a range of smoked garlic seasonings. They use whole Marlborough garlic bulbs smoked over manuka, bay leaves, and rosemary. Their seasonings are hand-smoked with New Zealand solar sea salt and tumble-roasted with local garlic and spices. Founded by chef Marcus Peters, they emphasize high-quality local ingredients and artisanal smoking processes.
