Soggy Bottom Holding Farm specializes in a wide range of fresh and cured meat products, primarily from heritage breed pigs (Tamworths and Wessex Saddlebacks), as well as some beef and lamb. They are committed to a 'paddock to plate' philosophy, controlling the entire process from raising the animals to processing them in their on-site butchery. They sell direct at Waikato Farmers' Markets and offer processing services and courses.
