The Bread & Butter Project

Bread & Butter Bakery, established in Auckland in 2012, is an artisan producer of handcrafted breads, pastries, and buns, including acclaimed sourdough. They are committed to making high-quality, affordably priced bread using simple ingredients and traditional, slow processes. Through 'The Bread Project,' they also bake and donate over 220,000 fresh sourdough loaves and bun packs annually to vulnerable individuals across New Zealand. Their products are sold retail, wholesale, and in all Farro stores, earning them NZ Artisan Awards recognition.
