The Chef's Garden @ Epicurean, founded by Clyde Potter, was a New Zealand artisan producer known for cultivating over 100 diverse crops, including less common vegetables like celeriac and cavolo nero. Potter was deeply committed to organic principles and introduced many new vegetable varieties to the NZ market. He supplied a wide range of clients, from restaurants to supermarkets, and was a dedicated vendor at the Hawke's Bay Farmer's Market for 19 years.
