Founded by 'Mans' and 'Womans' from Rotorua, they started with a small garden and expanded their chili cultivation in Auckland. They emphasize organic practices, growing chemical spray-free plants and sourcing ingredients locally where possible. Their 'Mango Madness' sauce won 'New Zealand's Best Homemade Hot Sauce' in 2022.
