It is a family-run business based on a 110-year-old homestead in Hawera, South Taranaki, operated by Gerard and Andrea, who established an orchard on their land to cultivate limes. They produce a range of small-batch, handcrafted products using organically grown limes from their orchard, including infused salts & sugars, juices, rubs & spices, and fresh limes. Their philosophy centers on quality, taste, and delivering exceptional products from their 'mighty fine limes' grown in Taranaki's rich volcanic soils.
