What They Make
Our signature offerings include: Macarons (a rotating selection of classic and seasonal flavours like pistachio, raspberry, salted caramel, passionfruit), Tarts (lemon meringue, chocolate ganache, seasonal fruit tarts), Entremets (multi-layered mousse cakes, often featuring fruit purees and delicate glazes), Custom Cakes (bespoke designs for weddings, birthdays, and special events, available in various flavours such as vanilla bean, chocolate mud, red velvet, carrot cake, and various fillings), Petits Fours (bite-sized pastries perfect for catering), and Seasonal Specials (e.g., Christmas Yule logs and Easter treats).
