Traditional French Pâtisserie, Individual Pâtisseries (fresh, seasonal, and new creations each month), Tarts (including Lemon Meringue Tart, Strawberries & Vanilla Tart, Pear and Chocolate Tart, Plums and Frangipane Tarts), Canelés from Bordeaux (signature specialty), Le Rocher (signature specialty), Paris-Brest (praliné choux, hazelnut and almond praliné spread, praliné pâtissière, praliné mousse, roasted hazelnuts, serves 6-8), Madeleine, Gluten-Free options (including L'exotique, Raspberry & Pistachio dessert).
