What They Make
Ellis Creek Farm offers a diverse range of meat cuts from Angus beef and lamb, alongside free-range eggs and seasonal produce like avocados. Their beef and lamb are pasture-raised and spray-free. Beef Products: Porterhouse Steak (single and regular), Ribeye Steak (single and regular), Rump Steak, Fortified Beef Mince (with added liver), Tri Tip, Flat Iron Steak, Schnitzel, Bavette, Gracilis Steak, Chuck Steak, Stirfry, and Canoe Cut Marrow Bones. Lamb Products: Hogget Rack (cap on). Pork Products: Pork Sirloin, Pork Coppa, and Pork Ribeye Bone In. Eggs: Free-range eggs. Seasonal Produce: Avocados and other seasonal farm produce.

Free pickup is available from their market stalls (Tākaka Village Market, Nelson Farmers Market, Motueka Sunday Market), by arrangement from the farm, and at Craftsman Cafe in Richmond on Wednesdays.
