What They Make
Olives, figs, heritage fruits (including old varieties of apples), various herbs and plants (including stevia), olive oil (approximately 200 litres annually), kawakawa balm, totara extract, natural fragrances (under Elura), skincare (under Elura), cosmetics (under Elura). For workshops: starter cuttings, seeds, and saplings of fruit trees, shrubs, herbs, and flowers.
