What They Make

Smoked Meats: Beef Brisket (smoked for 12 hours with a house-made Horopito rub over charcoal and fruit wood), Low and Slow Pork Butt with vinegar BBQ sauce, Pulled Lamb Shoulder rubbed with cumin and coriander. Grilled Meats: Grilled free-range pork loin with mustard and fennel rub, Butterflied lamb leg with mint salsa verde, Brined Turkey Breast with cranberry and mustard relish, Grilled free-range chicken wings with house buffalo sauce. Sausages: Pork, Jalapeno and Cheddar Sausages.
