Beef and Lamb Products: Prime cuts, mince, sausages (typically 3-4 beef and 3-4 lamb varieties), and burgers from Belted Galloway cattle and Wiltshire sheep. They also process lamb from other farms for sausages. Other Smallgoods: Various other cured meats and processed products. They have also raised chickens for meat, though not a primary focus.
