What They Make
Evansdale Cheese offers a diverse range of 20-30 different varieties, all made naturally free of preservatives and calf rennet. Their product line includes:
Soft Cheeses
- Farmhouse Brie (iconic and a base for others)
- Tania Smoked Brie (smoked with Manuka chips)
- Laurel (a special soft brie).
Hard Cheeses
- Ruby Bay (mature
- aged for around three months)
- Mt Cargill Tudor (a new
- special cheese enrobed in blue wax but not a blue cheese).

- Bay Blue (set with Roquefort
- carefully pierced and stitched)
