What They Make

Evansdale Cheese offers a diverse range of 20-30 different varieties, all made naturally free of preservatives and calf rennet. Their product line includes:

Soft Cheeses

  • Farmhouse Brie (iconic and a base for others)
  • Tania Smoked Brie (smoked with Manuka chips)
  • Laurel (a special soft brie).

Hard Cheeses

  • Ruby Bay (mature
  • aged for around three months)
  • Mt Cargill Tudor (a new
  • special cheese enrobed in blue wax but not a blue cheese).

Blue Cheeses

  • Bay Blue (set with Roquefort
  • carefully pierced and stitched)
  • Marilyn's Blue
  • Karitane Mellow.

Young Cheeses

  • Caerphilly
  • Evansdale Curd.

  • Komene Kass (Dutch-style with cumin seeds)
